This will also be the location of posters, breaks, and the Tuesday evening reception:
On-site registration will be available staring Monday evening (5 August) from 7 pm to 9 pm, and starting Tuesday at 8 am. The cost of the conference barbecue banquet on Wednesday is included in the full time registration fee.
A one-day registration will be available for $150. For the one-day registrants only, the cost of the Wednesday barbecue will be an extra charge of $55.
An abstract book is included with all registration fees. Extra copies of the abstract book will be available for $60.

II. STUDENT TRAVEL
SUPPORT GUIDELINES:
Limited financial assistance for travel is available to first-named student authors who are presenting papers. This assistance should be requested when the abstract is submitted.
The Conference Committee expects that the assistance may be sufficient to cover registration expenses and perhaps some transportation and lodging.
The exact amount of funds available will not be known until after the conference.
Expenses will be reimbursed versus giving funds out in advance.

III. LOCAL ROOM
AND BOARD:
University of Delaware Dormitory Rooms:
Conference attendees may check in directly at the Ray Street Residence Hall,
open from Saturday August 3 through Sunday August 11.
The residence hall is Ray Street Building B and is located on Ray
Street (http://www.ece.udel.edu/~kolodzey/EastmanConf/RayStreetMap02.htm).
Check in is at 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the lobby. Any late
arrivals should check in at the Christiana Commons front desk. The
Commons is located off of 896 North, past Clayton Hall in a one story
building in between the Christiana East tower and Christiana West
tower. The desk is open 24 hours/7 days a week. The number for the
front desk is (302) 831-1245.
Ray Street rooms have two twin beds, 2 desks, 2 dressers, and share a
bathroom with another room. There are internet connections in all rooms.
Attendees must have their own service provider. The building is air conditioned
and has laundry facilities and a community kitchen with a full size
refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. There is a parking lot on
the side of the building but this requires a parking pass that may be
purchased at Public Safety. Parking is complimentary in the lot next to
Christiana Commons (http://www.ece.udel.edu/~kolodzey/EastmanConf/RayStreetMap02.htm).
An orange parking pass may be picked up at the
Christiana Commons front desk.

IV. PRESENTATION
AND POSTER INFORMATION:
Presentation Rooms:
Trabant Movie/Lecture Theater in Room 010, below ground level at northeast end of Center
Conventional view graph projectors and computer (PowerPoint) projector are available.
If you plan to give a computer presentation, please bring a zip or CD disk containing your file.
Do not plan to use your own laptop or notebook computer.
Experience shows that computer incompatibilities delay the
talks.
Poster Rooms:
Multipurpose Rooms 141 (A,B,C) on ground level at northwest end of Center (1st floor).
A 4 feet x 4 feet area on a bulletin board will be available for each poster, starting from Tuesday morning. Some thumbtacks and tape will be available. Attendees must hang their own posters. All posters must be removed before 1 pm on Thursday, 8 August.
